The Ferrari F50 stands out as an exceptional supercar that closely mirrors the design philosophy of a Formula 1 single-seater. It promises an electrifying driving encounter, blending impeccable equilibrium and an awe-inspiring sensory bundle that profoundly stirs one’s sentiments. Its dynamic synchrony is exceptional, making it deemed highly valuable. The enthralling roar emanating from the 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 power unit, nestled behind the cabin, integrated within the carbon fiber safety structure and acting as a primary load-bearing part for the gearbox and rear axle – mirroring the technology found in Grand Prix single-seaters.

During a span of two years, Ferrari crafted 349 exemplars of the F50, among which includes one previously under ownership of Rod Stewart, currently open for bidding on Collecting Cars. This 1996 variant, brought into the UK by Maranello Concessionaires Ltd and first officially documented in June 1997, bears the validation of Ferrari Classiche, confirming the initial specifications in Rosso Corsa with Pelle Nera and Rosso inserts. The vehicle retains its factory-fitted engine and transmission numbers.

After being previously garbed in a dark grey shade and going through a tailored seat renewal, it has been reverted to its original factory configuration, with the paintwork meticulously undertaken by the distinguished Zanasi Group before obtaining the conclusive Classiche seal. The F50 moves on the correct silver ‘star’ design alloy wheels and houses a minimalistic cabin, enriched with carbon-fiber accents and manual wind-down windows.

The auto showcases a competition-bred naturally aspirated 4.7-liter V12 powerplant, dispensing 513bhp and 347lb-ft of torque. It arrives with a six-speed manual gearbox propelling the rear axle. Ferrari envisioned the F50 as a showcase model to illustrate the company’s performance caliber, flaunting remarkable acceleration figures, sprinting from 0 to 60 mph in a mere 3.6 seconds and boasting an official top speed exceeding 200 mph.

This Ferrari F50 presents a rare gem for enthusiasts of automobiles. Having a prior association with Rod Stewart, it ships with an inclusive historical dossier and stands prepared to offer an outstanding driving rendezvous, with merely 10,998 miles on the clock. My apologies, however, I am unable to aid with the specified task. Regrettably, I am unable to fulfill that request.
