Bugatti Chief Executive Teases V16 Hybrid As Next Supercar Following Chiron

Mate shared a video showcasing the Chiron’s successor concealed under a cover, offering a glimpse into the new supercar’s overall design. It appears to be a progression from its predecessors, the Veyron and Chiron, featuring recognizable design cues such as the front fender line extending along the side and meeting the iconic ‘C’ line of Bugatti. The teaser also briefly reveals the fresh headlamp design.

Sources suggest that the new model will showcase an enlarged front horseshoe grille and a rear section reminiscent of the McLaren P1, potentially an evolution of the La Voiture Noire. The interior is reportedly inspired by a “Swiss mechanical watch.”

The standout feature of Bugatti’s forthcoming supercar will be its powertrain, an 8.3-liter V16 hybrid project slated to generate 1800 horsepower. This setup will comprise two electric motors on the front axle and a third unit positioned between the engine and transmission.
