Dartz has earned a reputation over the years for creating some of the most extravagant SUVs globally. Alongside its military-grade armor protection, Dartz’s lineup can include options such as diamond embellishments, animal hide interiors, and even high-end vodka that can cost six or seven figures a bottle.
Although a few of Dartz’s SUVs have reached U.S. shores—usually at the request of celebrity clients—the company is now moving forward with a formal introduction of its vehicles in the U.S. and plans to manufacture some locally.
The details are still sparse, but Dartz has indicated that Florida will likely host its production facility. The company also revealed that it has already partnered with various dealerships along both the West and East Coasts.
The Prombron Black Stallion Type C will be the first model officially launched in the U.S., although initially, these vehicles will be sourced from Dartz’s plant located in Riga, Latvia.

A Black Stallion Type C has already arrived in Los Angeles. It touched down last week and is set to kick off a promotional tour across the nation, with Miami as its final stop.
Dartz is currently taking orders from U.S. clients. Customers have the option to select the chassis of either a Hummer H2 or a Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class, depending on their desired level of luxury. For those choosing the GLS-Class chassis, a twin-turbo V-8 engine rated at 1,500 hp is on offer.
The U.S. version of the Black Stallion Type C will showcase a unique interior design influenced by the Dartz Prombron Kombat SUV featured in the 2012 comedy “The Dictator.” Furthermore, Dartz plans to unveil a more luxurious variant of the Black Stallion Type C, named the Type CLV. This model will provide even greater interior personalization, including trim inspirations from the yachts once owned by the late shipping tycoon Aristotle Onassis. The company is also examining the possibility of introducing alternative body styles, such as a Landaulet with an automated soft-top at the rear.
