When talking about 6×6 transformations, we’ve witnessed numerous examples already. Take, for instance, the Hennesey VelociRaptor or Mammoth, substantial high-performance 6×6 alterations based on renowned American-manufactured pickup trucks, or the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6. Nonetheless, the French modifier Danton Alexandre pushes boundaries with his endeavors.
His initial Lamborghini-centered creation, the ‘Hot Rod Espada’, which came to life a few years back, revamped a Seventies Lamborghini Espada into a hot rod-themed imitation with an exposed V12 engine at the forefront, oversized wide rear wheels protruding beyond the original Espada body, and metallic seating. While it may seem peculiar, it offers a fresh perspective on a classic GT from the Seventies. Some may argue that it’s a squandering of a pristine Lamborghini Espada, a vehicle of which only slightly over 1,200 units were ever manufactured.
Concerning the 6×6 narrative, Danton has unveiled several visualizations of his Lamborghini Urus endeavor. He boasts a successful history of executing unconventional 6×6 modifications, such as a Rolls Royce Phantom and a six-wheeled Humvee, now sitting remarkably low and seemingly mid-engine.
The Italian Super SUV, Lamborghini Urus, takes center stage in these illustrations. The automobile seems to have undergone adjustments including an air suspension system and substantially broader bodywork. The front wheel arches are remarkably broad and house additional air vents, along with a downforce splitter and fins aiding in enhanced stability during high-speed drives.
Moreover, the rear wheel arches have been elongated to accommodate ultra-broad tires and a truck bed-like framework, featuring a protective roll cage and added lighting. The SUV has been dressed with extensive side skirts, airflow apertures, and intrinsic vents, in addition to a fresh rear bumper layout containing vertical fins, air ducts, and conspicuous hexagonal exhaust outlets.
