An exclusive Lamborghini Sián Roadster has emerged for sale at dealership F1rst Motors in Dubai.
Back in 2019, Lamborghini revealed the Sián, later adding the tag FKP 37 to pay tribute to the late Ferdinand Piëch, former head of the carmaker’s Volkswagen Group parent company. Only 63 coupes were manufactured along with 19 units of the Sián Roadster model showcased here.
Unlike a convertible, this is a genuine roadster where there is no roof at all, exposing the driver and passenger to the elements at all times. That is if owners ever decide to take their Sián Roadsters out of their climate-controlled garages.
Similar to the Sián coupe, the open-top variant is a hybrid that pairs a 6.5-liter V-12 engine with an electric motor integrated into a 7-speed automatic gearbox. Rather than a conventional battery pack, the Sián utilizes a supercapacitor to store energy. Positioned between the cockpit and engine compartment to enhance weight distribution, it is lighter compared to a battery pack of similar capacity, as per Lamborghini.
The total power output is 807 hp, with the V-12 engine alone contributing 774 hp. When the Sián Roadster was unveiled, Lamborghini mentioned a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph. According to the automaker, “Sián” translates to “flash” or “lightning” in the Bolognese dialect of Italian—a fitting name for a fast-accelerating hybrid supercar.
The original price of the Sián Roadster was $3.2 million, however, the current asking price for this specific model is closer to $4.6 million at the latest exchange rates. Nevertheless, with only 19 units ever produced, opportunities to own a Sián Roadster are quite limited.
