The newly released 2025 Aston Martin DBX707 super SUV has already brought forth its inaugural distinctive edition.
Revealed on Wednesday, the fresh DBX707 AMR24 Edition accentuates Aston Martin’s engagement in the Formula 1 World Championship as both a constructor and provider of official safety and medical vehicles. The mention of “AMR24” in the title is a direct reference to Aston Martin’s Formula 1 car for the year 2024, whereas exclusive design elements specific to the special-edition SUV mirror the appearance of the current F1 medical vehicle based on the DBX707.
These design features encompass Podium Green exterior paint with Lime Green highlights, a combination similarly seen on the F1 car and medical vehicle. Potential buyers can also select either Onyx Black or Neutron White for the exterior paint, and Trophy Silver for the accents. In terms of brake calipers, buyers have the option of choosing between Aston Martin Racing Green or Lime Green. Other distinctive aspects include the 23-inch Fortis-pattern wheels, and an insignia of “AMR24” situated in the engine compartment.
The lime hue is recurrent inside with contrasting stitching, alongside black seat trim. The back of the seats is crafted from carbon fiber, and additionally, carbon fiber together with dark chrome can be specified as accents on the dashboard. The Aston Martin emblem is also affixed to the dashboard and door sills.
No modifications have been introduced to the mechanical aspects. The DBX707 is empowered by a turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine calibrated to produce 697 hp. Power is transferred to all four wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission. Official performance data consists of an acceleration time of 3.1 seconds from 0 to 60 mph and a maximum speed of 193 mph.
The updated 2025 DBX707 is now the exclusive DBX iteration on offer. Aston Martin chose to eliminate the milder versions since the majority of purchasers were selecting the 707 performance flagship. Another significant change brought about by the revised model is an overhauled interior borrowing technology from the latest DB12 and Vantage sports cars, particularly Aston Martin’s proprietary infotainment system which replaced the outdated Mercedes-Benz system previously utilized. In addition, a 23-speaker Bowers & Wilkins car sound system was also introduced with the update, and comes as standard in the DBX707 AMR24 Edition.
The 2025 DBX707 has been open for orders since spring and will start U.S. deliveries later this year. Aston Martin has not confirmed the availability of the new DBX707 AMR24 Edition in the U.S. yet.
The automaker had also introduced a similar DBX707 AMR23 Edition the previous year, and for potential clients who miss out this year, there may be additional unique editions in the future.
